The Modul Z011 Intercultural Communication is offered every semester by the Center for Interdisciplinary Education at the HTW Dresden for students of all disciplines. The module Z011 aims, among other things, at a practical consolidation of the acquired skills. The students act as far as possible on their own initiative and provide, for example, low-threshold offers for intercultural exchange with various cooperation partners, such as faranto e.V., StuRa, Referat Internationale Beziehungen or as university ambassadors for international conferences or affairs.
This commitment must be proven accordingly and integrated as a basis in the portfolio to be submitted. The portfolio shows the continuous and independent documentation and self-reflection of a specific topic based on the defined qualification goals.

The module will be offered in English for the first time this semester: We will provide further information at an information class on Monday, October 12th, 2020 from 12:40 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. in S 318. The first block event is currently scheduled for November 21, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in room Z 621. Ms. Meyer-Ross will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

With the Certificate Intercultural Competences you as a student of the HTW Dresden get the opportunity to distinguish yourself through extra-curricular activities with intercultural key competences for your later career. You will be certified for activities in the international field - stays abroad, language courses, involvement in the integration of fellow students from abroad as well as intercultural training.
